@CoxHelp Too bad your emails only to log in if you need to reschedule. So perhaps you need to update the Canned/Template emails the company sends out to indicate you want a confirmation of the appointment. Don’t send 4 emails and then have RoboCalls call me repeatedly. #DoBetter #BeBetter

@CoxHelp Multiple phone calls; service not activated on the correct day; 5 different customer service agents, including a supervisor; and my bill is STILL wrong this month. All the guy today can say is “call this number tomorrow.” Sorry Cox, but you’re terrible. Get it together!!

Worst service ever when I called @CoxComm to downgrade my services. Agent (Felix) didn't understand or care what I wanted, even when I calmly explained, just wanted to upsell me. Took yelling to get him to offer to get the supervisor. I hung up, got Chas and she was amazing!!!

Seriously @CoxComm @CoxHelp has to be the worst cable provider ever. The signal constantly cuts out, video quality looks like a VHS tape out of the 90s, and and their reliability is worse that sprint cell service.
